President and CEO
Yasunari Shimizu is President and CEO of Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. He has more than 27 years of experience in the Document Imaging business.
Prior to joining Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., he served as Corporate Vice President, Document & Imaging Sales at PFU Limited in Japan, General Manager, Business Management of Document Imaging Products f or the EMEA market at PFU EMEA Limited/Fujitsu Europe Limited in the UK and Research and Marketing Manager for Document Imaging Products at PFU America, Inc. in the USA.
He currently holds the acting post of Corporate Vice President, International Sales, Imaging Business Group, Americas Business at PFU Limited in Japan.
Chief Financial Officer
Yasuhiro Ogura is Chief Financial Officer for Fujitsu Computer Products of America. He was appointed CFO in April 2018.
Ogura joined PFU America, Inc. in October 2017. Prior to that he worked at PFU Systems from 2008-2012. He is a highly accomplished, results-driven senior accounting and financial management executive with progressive leadership roles at PFU, a Fujitsu Company.
Ogura served as a Board Member with KnowledgeLake Inc from 2011-2013.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Commerce from Keio University in Japan.
Senior Vice President of Planning, Service Operations and Logistics
Masanori Shibusawa is senior vice president of Planning, Service Operations, and Logistics for Fujitsu Computer Products of America (FCPA) where he is responsible for strategic business planning and operations. He has over 34 years of global experience as a sales executive of various peripheral and imaging products at International Operations Group, Fujitsu Limited in Japan, Deputy Director of European Central Operations for the EMEA market at Fujitsu Europe Limited in UK and Product Manager, Server and Storage for the Oceania market at Fujitsu Australia Limited in Australia.
Prior to joining FCPA as Vice President for FCPA in November 2012, he assumed Director of American Operations, International Business Division for PFU Limited in Japan in August 2012
He is also the President and CEO of PFU Canada Inc.
Masanori holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Waseda University.
Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Vice President of Service Operations and Logistics
Glenn Wood, is vice president of Service Operations and Logistics at Fujitsu Computer Products of America (FCPA). He has more than 30 years of experience in his career, and has worked in all areas of operations in both the public and private sectors, including start-up businesses.
Since joining Fujitsu in 1998, Glenn has been devoted to ingraining continuous process improvement in all areas of operations. He served as chairman of the Fujitsu North America Logistics Committee through 2010 which was chartered with identifying and disseminating best-in-class processes across all Fujitsu companies.
He has led many national and global initiatives such as participation in the Environmental Protection Agency's SmartWay Program and FCPA's certification in the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program.
Head of Product Management
Nelson Chiu is head of Product Management for Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., He has more than 20 years of capture solutions experience in strategic business development focused on digital transformation initiatives and global trade.
Prior to joining Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., Nelson was the Vice President of Business Development of Global Licensing at ABBYY and helped to grow its global revenue from $0 to over $100M while overseeing key investments from strategic partners.
Nelson has a strong passion for IT and ECM which led him to co-found the first the first federated SaaS-based governance software called RecordLion while evangelizing the messaging. He has served as president of the San Francisco chapter in AIIM and member of AIIM Professional Advisory Committee.
Head of Marketing
Jill Sugita-Hulme is Head of Marketing responsible for all aspects of Fujitsu Computer Products of America’s marketing efforts including branding, customer, channel, e-commerce and alliance marketing.
Her diverse experience enables her to take an operational approach to marketing and put in place processes, people, and systems to ensure companies global go-to-market strategies are delivering on their brand promise "from the inside out" to drive growth taking companies to the next level.
Prior to joining Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., Jill was at Oracle where she led two major Global Strategic Initiatives as part of the company's digital transformation to the Cloud.
With 25 years of experience, Jill’s background spans B2B and B2C marketing across all marketing disciplines, as well as agency, corporate, and consulting environments. She has consulted for and led branding and integrated marketing initiatives for companies like CKS Partners, Philips Electronics, VeriSign and Lamborghini.
Jill is a graduate of the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University where she also was an instructor on the topic of leadership in the corporate environment.
Head of Sales Operations
Don Caruso is Head of Sales Operation responsible for leading the Sales Operations initiatives as well as managing the Inside Sales team for Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc.
Prior to returning to Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., Don was the Vice President of Global Sales Operations and was responsible for managing ABBYY’s Sales Operation teams, Inside Sales Team, Fulfillment, SMUA renewals, Global Sales Policies, Sales Compensation, Salesforce.com and several other key processes within the ABBYY organization that allows the sales team to be successful. Don spent more than three years at ABBYY where he led a global team and directly contributed to sharp increase in revenue of over 60%.
A seasoned industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, Don’s began his career as a technology sales leader with roles at Law Cypress Company and SYNNEX Distribution company. In 2003 he accepted a role at Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. as the Director of Sales Operations over a 14-year period. Don expertise has focused on growth of a strong inside sales team, proficient on renewal sales, policy creation, enforcement of policies, tools to enable sales and excelling at Salesforce.com. Don holds a Bachelor of Administration degree in History from San Jose State University.
