Fujitsu Director of Education Pamela Doyle Elected to Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM) Board of Directors

Fujitsu, the market leader in document imaging scanners, today announced that Pamela Doyle, director of education, Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM), the global community for information professionals. Doyle’s official term will run from 2016 – 2018 and this is her second time being elected to the board.
"Pam’s determination to educate and advocate for AIIM and the ECM industry is unmatched,” said John Mancini, AIIM CEO and President. “As the information management industry continues to evolve and grow, it’s vital to have someone with Pam’s pedigree as part of our Board of Directors to help guide the industry and our mission.”
“Information management is my passion and it’s a privilege to once again have the opportunity to help guide and shape the industry as a member of AIIM’s Board of Directors,” said Doyle. “In my role, I will continue to educate the industry on the importance of adopting information governance strategies and best practices and how business can leverage these, and other significant ECM initiatives, to help grow their organizations.”
Doyle is responsible for forming and driving key imaging industry relationships as the worldwide spokesperson for Fujitsu. She is an information management industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in both content management software and hardware. She is well known in the industry as an educator and visionary – traveling the world to evangelize the adoption of enterprise content management (ECM). In dedicating a major portion of her career to the enterprise content management industry, Doyle has distinguished herself with a forthright style, a compelling market vision, and a solid technical background.
AIIM has awarded Doyle with its “Education” and “Distinguished Service” awards and in 2012, she was inducted into the AIIM Company of Fellows. In addition, she’s been recognized by CRN with the Women of the Channel award for the past four consecutive years. These awards recognize Doyle’s vision and commitment to the advancement of the enterprise content management industry.
